By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. About Memorra

Memorra sells premium, personalized jewelry and gifting products, including rakhis, bracelets, watches, and pendants, customized with names, engravings, or other personalization as selected by the customer at the time of order.

2. Eligibility

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products & Personalization

• All personalized products (including but not limited to name-engraved rakhis, bracelets, and pendants) are made-to-order based on the details (spelling, font, etc.) you provide at checkout. It is your responsibility to review and confirm this information carefully before placing your order, as production begins shortly after order confirmation.
• We are not liable for errors in personalization arising from incorrect information submitted by the customer at checkout.
• Product images are for representation purposes. Slight variations in color, stone placement, or finish may occur due to the handcrafted/customized nature of our products, and due to display/screen settings.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We use Razorpay as our payment gateway to process all online payments securely.
• We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Because every product is personalized and made-to-order, we require either:
  • Full prepayment at checkout, or
  • A partial token/confirmation payment of ₹49, with the remaining balance payable as specified at the time of order, to confirm and begin production of your personalized item.
• Orders will only be processed and taken into production once payment (full or token, as applicable) is successfully received.

5. Order Confirmation & Production

Once your order and payment are confirmed, your product enters personalization/production. Because of the customized nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has begun, except as provided under our [Refund & Return Policy].

6. Shipping

Please refer to our [Shipping Policy] for details on delivery timelines, charges, and coverage. As a general standard, orders are dispatched and delivered within 5-7 business days, with free shipping across serviceable locations in India.

7. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Please refer to our [Refund & Return Policy] for full details, including eligibility conditions, the mandatory unboxing video requirement, and our 6-month warranty terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to the Memorra name, logo, product designs, photographs, graphics, and text, is the property of Sahyog Metal Products and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without our prior written consent.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site. You agree not to submit false, misleading, offensive, or third-party personal information for personalization without authorization.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sahyog Metal Products shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim arising from your order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order.

11. Advertising & Marketing

We advertise our products through platforms including Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads. By interacting with our ads or Site, you may be subject to the respective advertising and cookie policies of these platforms, in addition to our own [Privacy Policy].

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Rajkot, Gujarat.
