Returns or replacements are available only for faults on Memorra’s side: damage on arrival, a wrong product, an incorrect engraved name or personalization that differs from your confirmed order because of our error, or a manufacturing defect. Report delivery-related issues within 7 days of delivery. Our support team will assess the reason and evidence and guide you through an approved return with refund or a replacement.

An uncut, unedited unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened for the first time is mandatory for return or replacement requests.

Change-of-mind, sizing preferences and incorrect details supplied by the customer do not qualify for returns. Keep the original packaging and warranty card. Damage caused by customer handling is excluded.

Change-of-mind, customer-detail corrections, and cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order and before personalization or production begins. Once personalization or production has started, the order cannot be changed or cancelled, even within those 24 hours. Email support@memorra.co with your order number and requested change; support will check the production status and confirm whether the request can be accepted. The submission time of your message determines whether you contacted us within 24 hours; support replies during staffed hours.
